Star Energy Group plc is a British energy development company with a head office in Sudbrooke, Lincoln. The group has operated UK onshore oil and gas fields for more than three decades and describes itself as the operator of the largest number of onshore oil and gas fields in Britain.

Alongside responsible oil and gas operations, Star Energy is applying its subsurface engineering, drilling, environmental, regulatory and operational experience to low-carbon geothermal heat projects. Its geothermal services include assessment, feasibility studies, consents, well design, drilling, construction management, commissioning, performance monitoring, operations and maintenance.
